Carr’s on Clarke is a 3 bedroom country home at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, Tumut. Ideal accomodation for a family getaway, girls weekend or couples escape. Our quaint house sleeps 6, with the option of 2 king single beds in our upstairs loft or a Super King sized bed options. Please advise for your stay. Ducted heating and cooling for all seasons. Our home is a 5 minute walk to our main shopping area and a quick stroll to the Tumut Brewery for their boutique beers and a bite to eat. Our house is quaint and has character with old and new. It’s a fresh, compact double brick home with all that you will need for your getaway. You will love staying here being so close to everything! Summer months boat on our Blowering Dam, Winter months check out the ski fields. Utilise both front and back verandahs to enjoy a coffee or a wine. Park your vehicles in the drive or grass out front. Spread yourself out into the back yard, pick a lemon off the tree 🍋 Given the times we are operating a self check in with lock box details given to you the day of check in. We are available however to assist you during your stay. Clarke street is a quiet cosy street. With a 5 minute walk to our Main Street, supermarkets, pubs and clubs. Enjoy a casual stroll downtown for your morning breakfast. The best way to get around our region is to drive. However if you like to bike ride we have our MTB tracks and bikes to hire at Ground Up. Our home is 2 levels so upstairs does get warmer and is perfectly toasty in the winter months. Down stairs is beautiful and cool in the summer months. Fans are switched to the season for your comfort in all bedrooms and lounge area, plus gas heating and ducted heating and cooling are available for all year round.
