Spacious private cottage near the sea and Salcombe

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them. Well equipped and self contained holiday apartment with spacious kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. Bedroom is light and airy with a king sized bed . Outdoor patio with seating and BBQ. The Lair also has an enclosed garden with private parking - cars and contents left at guests own risk. This a self contained wing of the owner's home but has private access and parking. No breakfast provided but full linen and towels are. The property is in a village setting in a rural area surrounded by wonderful walks. The best way to get around is by car, walking or cycling. There are no buses nearby and getting a taxi can involve a wait. We are a short walk from the coast at Hope Cove 1 mile (20 mins walk). The cottage has shared WiFi access. The coverage for mobile reception is patchy in the area but WiFi calling available in the house if your phone has this facility.
