Haven in the Heart of Waikato

We look forward to welcoming you to our home, we have 2 rooms available for guests and can sleep 4 people in total. With 2 queen beds. Guests have there own bathroom with shower and bath. We have an open plan kitchen dining and living area for you to enjoy but also a seperate snug/family room if you want your own privacy. You are welcome to use the kitchen and we also have a lovely sunny deck area in the garden for you to relax and unwind Guests can avail of 2 guest bedrooms and 1 bathroom for there private use . Then the communal areas of the house that they will share with myself and my partner includes 2 lounge areas , kitchen , dining area, outside sundeck and garden. Please make contact with us at least 24 hours before arrival to arrange a check in time. We are happy to share our home. The only areas that are not accessible to guests is our Master room and the external garage area . Other than that guests should welcome comfortable in other areas of the house We are as available as guests would like us to be , as we have 2 lounge areas guests can feel free to sit with us or enjoy the privacy of our own space We live on a quiet street within walking distance of the local dairy ( corner store) , some heritage buildings and gardens and also the local domain area We are located right in the Heart of Waikato 5 minutes from Te Awamutu 15 mins from Waitomo Caves 25 mins from Hamilton Gardens 35 mins from Hobbiton We have a flexible check in time but we expect guests to message us 24hrs before their arrival with an approximate check in time to ensure we are home to greet them or have made arrangements
