Scientia Gading Serpong (Near Aeon,ICE, SMS, UMN )

Overall my place is a great place for solo or couple traveller and business traveller. You will love the place because it is nearby the Scientia Square Park. Where there are wall climbing, skateboard park, and more open spaces. My place is very close to the Scientia Square Park ( 1 -2 minutes), Summarecon Mall Serpong and Sinpasa Traditional Market ( 5 minutes), and AEON Mall ( 10 minutes). Also there are many foods and coffee shops nearby. My place is also available for long-term rent. My place is not very classy but I'm sure that my place is very clean and simple. The entire room, the gym, the pool, Jogging tracks and all apartment facilities. My place is very close to the Scientia Square Park ( 1 -2 minutes), Summarecon Mall Serpong and Sinpasa Traditional Market ( 5 minutes), and AEON Mall ( 10 minutes). The neighbouhood is mostly university student and small family. Because it is near the UMN University and beside the apartment there is a mall ( Scientia Digital Center). There are food stalls and gadget store nearby. There are also many minimarkets nearby. Beside the apartment there is Scientia Square Park that provides free shuttle bus every 30 minutes to Summarecon Mall Serpong or you could just order online taxi.
