Beautiful modern very comfortable two bedroom apartment with stunning sea views from the front terrace. Situated in the heart of St Julians in an unbeatable location, this apartment is close to restaurants, the beach, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. It is extremely central yet quiet. You can wake up in the morning and be on the beach having a refreshing swim within a 2 min walk from the apartment. The bus stop is right across the road and the supermarket is a 3-5 min walk away. Besides the sea views that can be enjoyed from the large balcony and unbeatable location, this apartment has a very pleasant, airy and bright feel to it. It forms part of a quiet block of six apartments. Upon entry one finds a separate fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that overlooks the dining and living room. The dining and living room area is very spacious and is fully air conditioned. This space opens up onto a large balcony with a dining table and chairs for four where one can enjoy the full view of the sea. The hallway leads to the first shower room, a utility room with a washing machine and the sleeping quarters. The sleeping quarters comprises of a large master bedroom with a queen size bed, two wardrobes an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is also large with two twin beds and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have large glass doors which open up onto a sizeable back terrace. We will provide you with contact numbers if you need anything throughout your stay. We also provide you with a list of recommend sights and restaurants for you to visit. The location of this apartment is unbeatable as it is in the most vibrant and sought after area in St Julians. Yet with very little direct traffic, you will feel the sense of peace while being in the centre of all the action. A rocky beach is located right across the street, 2 min walk from the apartment. One can watch the local cats befriend the fishermen for a feed in the evenings. St. Julian's or San Giljan, is a hub for new and luxurious hotels, many different kinds of restaurants and trendy nightclubs, mostly centred in an area known as Paceville. There is an MCP right next door however they charge by the hour. SUPERMARKETS The closest supermarket is 5 minutes walk away right as you exit the building. It is called Arcadia and it is open till 22:00 everyday of the week. SWIMMING A rocky beach is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The sea is clean and safe for swimming and for those who prefer to go to a pool, there are two pool clubs within a close vicinity of the apartment. WINING AND DINING There are countless bars and restaurants in St. Julians. Take a stroll and you will found lots of options. You can also pop over to the Portomaso Marina or Spinola Bay. PARTYING If you fancy a bit of a night out, Paceville, which is the entertainment district is not more than a 7-minute walk up the road. There is a bus stop right opposite the apartment so getting around to all the cultural hot spots and beaches is very easy.
