A private bedroom in our two story home fully furnished with vaulted ceilings, big screen TV/Free Netflix, queen bed, private lounge (converts into 2nd double sized bed with pillow top if need), large window, large study desk with view, large wardrobes and mirror, plus new carpet. Complete kitchen amenity access with cooking/eating utensils + dishes. Close to train, which will take you 20min to Sydney cbd. Near Airport, Brighton beach, 5min walk to St George Hospital. Clean and convenient! Convenient to St. George Hospital / TAFE, train, airport and shops. Super quiet in green leafy neighbourhood!. This one has its own private lounge that can convert into a double size bed, a TV with included netflix access, heater or heated blanket (during winter) and large desk with leafy neighbourhood window view. Share bath with just the other airbnb room, if vacant you'll have your own private bath! Toilet and shower separate for convenience. I have two rooms available at times, so check my other listing if this one is booked. Freshly washed towels + linen (we wash every few weeks on long term stays) and offer complimentary tea, coffee, shampoo/conditioner and standard kitchen amenity usage on all stays! Couples/extra guest welcome, this room can comfortably host 3 with the extra converted lounge bed. Full access to all common areas of the house except living room/dining, select kitchen appliances (as marked). Laundry use is permitted, just need to buy your own front loader liquid soap if staying longer than a week. Shared common use bathroom/shower is available with toiletries provided or can bring your own. Shared balcony at front surrounded by plants available to use, great place to enjoy your tea/coffee. If you are tourist I have so much information about Sydney and can recommend all the best spots, weather you are into nature, beach spots or city, night life. There is plenty of free all day parking available curb side on the street in front and on side of the house. Safe neighbourhood. 5min walk to St George Hospital, 10min walk to the local train (Kogarahstation)/bus, shops and banks. 15 Minute walk to Brighton le sands beach. Theres a fruit and veggie shop just 1 block away. We have taken extra precautions due to the covid 19 doing extra cleaning/disinfecting top to bottom in between new guest stays and separated some common areas. Please note while we provide free tea and other coffee, the use of our barista espresso machine isn't permitted for guest use at this time. We do not have undercover, driveway or garage parking available as these spaces are in use. However there is plenty of free n' safe curb side parking on the street directly in front and side of the house.
