2. House of Trongaard

My home is with garden and several rooms available for reservation. It is close to DTU (900m), public transportation (bus 150c directly to Copenhagen), high way and train station. Only 800 m to the largest green area Dyrehaven in Copenhagen and 4,5 km to the sea through the forest to Bellevue beach. Our house is close to DTU (Danish Technical University), close to highway with bus 150C directly to CPH downtown 20 min., close to Lyngby station. In the area next to Dyrehaven (large green area) and 4 km through the forest directly to the sea (or alternative with a bus). A good place for DTU students. Room II: size 2,9 x 3,2 m. The shared kitchen and bathroom is located at the ground floor. This room is located in a separate section of the house available for you and fellow tenants, whom will be living in the two next door rooms. Also available for you is the front yard with outdoor Café table set to enjoy the summer and warm days. History have shown our tenants primary are DTU students and employees. Often this shared DTU reference gives our tenants a good social time together, with respect for privacy/private time in your room. Always available via phone and Airbnb, also when I am not at home. DTU and supermarkets is located quite close and within walking distance. Location in Lyngby is central in the suburb of Copenhagen with public transportation to train station and bus to Copenhagen downtown. Denmark in general is a pretty safe country. I feel safe walking home during dark evenings. At one end of the street the largest area Dyrehaven the Deerpark in Copenhagen and in the other close to the highway with DTU on just the other side, within walking distance. Public tranportation is good in Denmark. Bus and train is close by. Bikes from Swapfiets is recommended too, specially in order to enjoy the nature and close location of Lyngby. Arrival from airport you have following options: a. Metro to Nørreport station. Change to bus 150S to Lyngby at Klampenborgvej. Then 5 min walk to our home b. RE-train to Klampenborg station and a taxi. Taxa cost est. DKK 130,00. c. S-train to the Lyngby station. Then bus no 182 or 388 to Trongårdsparken / Trongårdsvej. Then 5 min walk to our home. We have two small dogs in the private section of the house. Backyard is private. Dogs will though appear in the front yard. Do assure the front gate towards the street is kept closed at all times, due to the dog will run away if not. As not all guests are comfortable with animals, the dogs are not allowed at any time indoor in the section of the house with the rooms for our tenants. During COVI-19 period we kindly ask you not to make physical contact with the dogs.
