Luxurious annexe with garden, 5 mins from beach

The Little Pines is a luxurious annexe perfectly positioned between the two best beaches in Falmouth, Gyllyngvase Beach (5 minutes walk) and Swanpool Beach (10 minutes walk). Falmouth town centre is also a 10 minute stroll away. The annexe is private and detached from our main house, where we live with our 2 friendly mini dachshunds! You have a private and separate entrance to the Little Pines. The annexe is a bright and open plan space that includes a feature fireplace, air conditioning, king sized bed, dining table, TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is a small bathroom to the rear with a shower. The outside space is a beautiful decked patio, which catches the sun throughout the day and is perfect for evening barbecues! The Little Pines is located 5 minutes walk from Falmouth Town train station or a 20 minute taxi from Truro train station. If you are driving, there is free parking on the street outside the front of the house. We are dog friendly (maximum of 1 dog). Please notify us ahead of your stay if you are bringing your dog along with you!
