Beautiful house near ski resorts

Located between Grenoble and Chambery, between massifs of Belledonne and Chartreuse, at 1h30 of Geneva or Lyon St Exupery, not far from the lakes of Bourget and Annecy. Access 1/2 hour to ski resorts (7 Laux, Collet Allevard, Chamrousse) and mountain walks. Paragliding / Hang gliding St Hilaire du Touvet (Icare Cup, initiation ...) at 10 kms. Very quiet house of 160m² on 2 levels with 3 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine for a total of 5 beds (total 8 people). Living room, dining room, large kitchen open to dining area, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, entrance hall, possibility fireplace, carport 2 vehicles, garden 1 450 m2 bordered by small river. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, fridge, coffee machines, dishwasher and washing machine. The house is rented whole, we simply close a room where are placed our personal belongings. We have family who live in the same village nearby (500 meters). They can help you throughout your stay. We are also always available by phone if needed. The area is particularly quiet, close to amenities with Supermarket + all shops within 3 kms. Outdoor municipal swimming pool and tennis courts within 1 km. 1 baby bed available if needed. Extra double inflatable mattress available.
