Elegantly furnished room with views from your room overlooking the valley below. Queen sized bed with fresh sheets, fluffy pillows, blankets and electric blankets for winter nights. The ensuite has a shower cubicle, toilet and vanity basin and a heater. We supply you with fluffy towels and toiletries. There is a tv with dvd's, a small refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. Each morning enjoy the complimentary big full breakfast to keep you going for your full day of adventure Robins Nest is situated in Wilmot the Valley of Views , just a short drive to the famous Cradle Mountain area. We have 20 acres of land to roam around on with an orchard, gardens and a lagoon. We are centrally located and a fabulous base for exploring Tasmania's beautiful North West . Within one hour of driving you could be on the coast, walking the tracks around Cradle Mountain World Heritage Area , in a cave or looking at magnificent waterfalls, kayaking on a great lake, or checking out local wildlife and magnificent scenery. Or perhaps a tasting trail is more your taste..local produce, ice cream, cheeses, fruit or wine to tempt your tastebuds. Lake Barrington international rowing course is 30 minutes, Bass coast beaches are only 30 minutes drive, and a nightly parade of the Little Penguins is 30 minutes and the list goes on.... There is a guest lounge room for all guests to enjoy. It has comfy lounges and a fireplace to sit by to read of enjoy a glass of red, We also have a formal dining room for those that need somewhere private to work or write. No smoking No pets No access to kitchen No BBQ Guests are very welcome to enjoy the guest lounge area. A great spot for reading on a comfy sofa. Or enjoy a glass of your local wine and sit by the fireplace. You can interact with the guests from the other room or your hosts if you wish. There is also a lovely outdoor area to sit in the sun if you wish as well. Wilmot is in the Valley of Views and when you arrive to the area you will be astounded at the beautiful scenery all around. Mt.Roland stands majestically overlooking the valley and rural landscape. There is wildlife abound and you can see these gorgeous creatures even in our own back yard. There is no public transport to Wilmot. If you wish to stay we can pick you up and drop you off for an extra fee. Also during your stay we can offer guided tours of this fabulous area for an extra fee. We are not chefs but can offer you a hearty home cooked 2 course dinner each evening for and extra $35 per head
