Cosy appartment in rural village

Our beautifull, renovated two bedroom appartment is located at only 10 minutes from Maastricht in the small village Houthem Sint Gerlach, surrounded by national park "Het Ingendael", within the Geul valley. A peaceful place to get to your senses and to enjoy the laissez-fare way of life. The living room with open kitchen, which is provided with the newest equipment, is filled with a luxury lounge and a large dining table. Our bathroom has a practical walk in shower en a nice washing sink. Next to it you will find a separate toilet. There are 2 large bedrooms with both a double bed. In one of the rooms you will also find a baby/toddler bed. Soon there will also be a lockable bicycle shed, which will be particularly suitable for bike lovers. In principal the apartment is led without bed, bath and kitchen linen. But we can provide in them, it will cost €5,00 pp. Payed in cash upon arrival. Also we ask for a deposit of €200,00, also payed in cash upon arrival, which will be given back at check out. Provided that the apartment is left in a neat state.
