Sunnyside is located a short walk from the historic & beautiful St Just in Roseland church, 2 miles from the popular seaside villages of St Mawes & Portscatho & close to the Roseland peninsular’s popular beaches & coastal walks. We have unspoilt country side views across the valley to Gerrans/Portscatho. The property has a large private garden with hot tub to relax & enjoy the views. We also have ample off street parking. Sunnyside is quiet & secluded, but within close proximity to the beaches & popular villages of St Mawes & Portscatho which have superb eateries & tourist attractions. Recently refurbished you will feel at home here! French doors from the kitchen lead into the garden where you can enjoy the beautiful countryside views & unwind in the hot tub. PLEASE NOTE- Due to Covid 19 & the additional cleaning required there will be a £75 charge payable on arrival for use of the hot tub. (Please let us know 48 hours prior to arrival if you require hot tub use) The house is very dog friendly! We have a large secure garden & many beautiful dog walks & dog friendly locations nearby. Please keep dogs off the sofas & beds. Dogs are charged at £50 payable on arrival. This is a self catering house. You have access to all amenities to make it a home from home. Local shops can be found in St Mawes & Portscatho. Cleaning supplies & dishwasher tablets are under the sink. Please contact me prior to your arrival if you require anything specific. St Mawes- Falmouth passenger ferry runs every day (weather permitting) The King Harry car Ferry runs every 20 minutes allowing a fast route across to Truro. St Mawes - Place (St Anthony Head) ferry runs throughout the summer months. Local cab numbers are left in the welcome pack within the property.
