Guest will have entire apartment to themselves except the main bedroom, which will be locked. The local village of Donabate has pubs, supermarkets , takeaways, also many Golf courses to choose from if you want Beautiful towns of Malahide & Skerries can be reached by Donabate trains station, only 1 stop away. This apartment is ideal for someone who need a place to stay while working here. The room has been recently renovated. It now serves as and office and spare bedroom. The new High spec Sofa bed is extremely comfortable as a bed with a nice thick mattress. If you are looking for an office space, simply remove the pillows and duvet and the bed folds into itself in less then 4 seconds with great ease. As an office you have use of a large screen which you can connect to your laptop. Also there is a printer in the wardrobe which is connected via WiFi, no need for cables. And of course Internet access. There is also a smart TV. You will have access to everywhere except the master bedroom. This is our room and the door will be locked. We will most likely not be in the apartment while you are there. The village has restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, coffee shops, take away and dry cleaner/laundrette. Nearby there is a large park with children's playground, farm and tearooms adjacent to the village. There are 5 golf courses around the village including 2 links courses. It has 2 large beaches and are connected to each other by a beautiful cliff walk. The penthouse is located just off the main street of Donabate with easy access to Malahide and Dublin city center. Donabate has a commuter train station - 20 minutes to city centre, bus link, taxi (free now app) and is in close approximate to the M50 ring road around Dublin. It is about 15 minutes by car away from the Dublin Airport. The M50 has links to most of the major routes to the rest of the country. Although it says it is a private room. you will have full access to kitchen living room, Balcony and Bathroom.
