Comfortable Guesthouse with Pool nearby Rome

The marvellous Guesthouse is a separate and dedicated part of the villa we are living in. Situated in the middle of an olive grove with a superb view of Parco di Vejo. The location is ideal for daytrips to Rome and the beautiful attractions of Lazio and Umbria. At home you can relax in all comfort enjoying the sun and swimming in the pool (5x12m), the sunset during dinner on the terrace or in the winter you relax by the fireplace. We are looking forward to welcome and support you as our guests The Guesthouse is adjacent to our home and can host up to 10 adults. A spaceous dining and living area with fireplace opens to the terrace and is adjacent to a small, well equiped kitchen. Basics (salt, peper...) are provided. You can enjoy the roofed terrace, the large garden in front of the house and the pool (from May to October). The Guesthouse features 5 bedrooms, with a private bathroom with shower each. Mostly feather bedding. Synthetic available on request. Pillows synthetic. Sheets cotton The guesthouse is separate and dedicated part of the Villa with a common wall to the part we are living in. It has a private entrance, terraces and garden. The privacy of our guests is guaranteed as the Villa and garden are very spacious. Our guest can use the pool in the period from May 1st to October 31st from 9:00 in the morning to 22:00 in the evening. The pool is exclusive to our guests from 9:00 - 12:00 and 14:00- 18:00 (outside these time periods the pool may also be used by members of our family). We are happy to support you during your stay. We speak German, English and Italian fluently. Castelnuovo di Porto is a beautiful small medieval town with a lively "Piazza" and Cafe/Bar which we recommend for enjoying an "aperitivo". At home you will enjoy the peacefulness of being surrounded by a huge garden and about 500 olive trees. The train station to Rome (Piazza del Popolo) is an 8 minute walk. Secure parking on property. Guests flying into Rome be warned that public transportation to Castelnuovo is not direct. Therefore, we recommend a car rental. Also perfect for exploring the etruscian ruins, nature walks in the archeologically protected reserve, and day trips to historical and medieval small towns in Lazio and Umbria. Beautiful Lago di Bracciano for swimming is a 30 minute drive. Within the vicinity of Rome at Ostia 1 hour drive from Castelnuovo are beaches with cute beach restaurants great for lunch. On the way you can visit the archeological site of Ostia Antica. Next bakery is about 600m away (5 minute walk), next supermarketis at the distance of 2 km (5 minutes by car).
