A luxury, modern 2 bedroom apartment in a stunning location with an extensive south facing private patio area and just a short 5 minute stroll to the beautiful Sandbanks beach, there is a great children’s pirate playground just round the corner of the rear gate and numerous restaurants/cafes on your doorstep. The location is perfect - park the car and forget about it during your stay - everything is on your doorstep - beach, restaurants, playground, entertainment, trips, bus stop outside. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms - the master has a double bed, and en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bunk beds. This means the space is ideal for families with small children. With underfloor heating throughout and a washing machine & drier it has all that you need for your stay. There are plenty of beach chairs and games available to use. The private patio area is large, south facing and has comfy rattan seating, dining table and 6 chairs, sun loungers and a very comfortable hanging egg chair - perfect for reading your favourite book. The harbour area is a few minutes away and offers all water sports including paddle boarding and kite surfing in safe 3ft deep water. Afterwards sit back, relax and enjoy the most stunning, beautiful sunset you can imagine with a cold beer and a barbeque!! (Please note that barbecuing is not allowed at the property but you can do so on the beach or by the harbour after 6pm) The apartment offers all modern conveniences - wifi, smart tv with usual movie apps, washing machine, drier, dishwasher, bathroom tv. The space is very private and located in a prime spot for the sun, beach and local amenities. Very modern and well designed layout with an open plan kitchen/lounge, separate hallway with plenty of cupboard space / storage and modern bathrooms x 2. All bed linens and towels provided for bathrooms (please bring your own beach towels). Please note that there is a new apartment block being constructed next door., which is due to be completed at the end of 2021. However as it is a live site it may result in more noise than normal during the week -it hasn’t been an issue thus far.. Please note there are some simple rules & regulations for this apartment block, as well as a fire evacuation procedure, both of which will need to be signed for ahead of your stay (a simple form to sign and return) This is our own holiday home and so we are on hand, via telephone, to provide guidance and information for those guests who would like it Canford Cliffs is a beautiful village location just a 5 minutes walk up the chine from the beach. Canford Cliffs has a number of bars, pubs and restaurants all within a few minutes walk, as well as a fabulous playground for children There is a bus stop practically outside the building with routes to Bournemouth in one direction and Studland Bay, Swanage the other way. The property benefits from a secure underground car park with a dedicated, exclusive parking space and temporary parking for other cars
