Private parking uncovered for 1 car. Access to the sea/rocks on the side of the villa, suitable for adults only. Villa Le Palmette: by car seven minutes away from the town centre of San Vito and on foot forty-five minutes, 3,5 km, over the rocky coast a lovely semidetached chalet. At disposal private uncovered parking. A large stone staircase leads from the parking place to the Mezzanine upper floor, ideal for a romantic vacation of a couple, here you will find a big and comfortable bedroom, living/dining room opened to the fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning units (cool and heat). One bath with shower. LCD TV sat. WIFI. BBQ. All spaces have sea view. Spacious covered and nice uncovered panoramic terraces with marvellous view onto the sea and overlooking the famous Tonnara of San Vito. If you have any mobility issues this is not for you. Perfect location for guests looking for privacy as there is plenty of space to live the relaxing atmosphere that the environment offers you. During the day, even in August, you will enjoy the sea breeze and the waves whispering. Closest sandy beach at 3 km ( roughly 2 miles). A few miles away from the Chalet guests can easily reach places of extraordinary cultural interest, such us the Greek temple of Segesta and the saltpans of Trapani and Marsala.This NW corner of Sicily offers opportunities for both cultural tripps ( Segesta, Erice, Saline di Marsala, Trapani, Palermo, Monreale) and a great offers of sports entertainment, last but not least nearly every month a festival will take place, so you will spend your holiday appreciating fairs, traditional festivals, musik shows, concerts, and the wellknown Mediterranean sea with well organized beaches (rubber dinghies, beach beds, umbrellas), the diving excursions ( walles, shallows, caves and wrecks) as well as the land excursions on foot or by mtb or on lovely horses! You will walk along typical shops and local streets market, searching traditional ceramics, as well as baskets and carpets made by the local vegetation " le palmette". In this area stands the charming coastal town of San Vito Lo Capo ( about 3,5 km away from our chalet, on foot about 45 mm) extending below the mountain called Monaco, closed to the Zingaro natural reserve. The Region Sicily is Europe's most historically cosmopolitan Region, having been ruled by Asians, Africans and Europeans. This anchanting land, where Archimede taught and Saint Paul peached, was firstly a Greek colony, afterwards a Roman Province, and an Arab Emirate, finally a Norman Kingdom. Sea access in walking distance, but only if you are fit and a good swimmer, due to the rocky coast and the deep sea. Check in at 13:00 and check out at 10:00 a.m. For arrivals after 19:00 to pay on the spot €20,00.
