Wombarra Guesthouse - A coastal getaway

Your own private space with a 3-minute safe walk to the patrolled beautiful Scarborough Beach. In front of the house is a park with play equipment. Views to the water and the magnificent escarpment behind. This self-contained guesthouse has a separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed and pullout sofa double bed in the lounge room. A large living area with kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, + wifi and parking. A private entertaining area with BBQ looking towards the park and ocean. The unit is behind the main building marked as 491B, with no dividing fence but private with some hedging - there is a common paved area with ample parking for two cars for guests. Guests can walk through the property to access the park behind the property. This leads to the road for the short walk to Scarborough Beach. There is an outdoor shower and a tap at the rear of the house that guests can use to wash off sand. Your privacy is important. There is a key-safe for immediate access but we are close by in the main house to say hello and on mobile if there are any questions or need information about the area. Wombarra is a quiet haven with great walks along the beach and headlands. Walk to the Wombarra Rock Pool, the famous Scarborough Hotel or the local 'bowlo' for a drink and meal. It is a 10-minute drive to Thirroul, a great village of cafes, surf shops, Anita's Theatre and good shopping. The Sea-Cliff Bridge, Royal National Park and lots of local bushwalks to explore. The unit is a 7-minute walk to Wombarra Station with trains to Sydney (1 hour 20 mins) and Wollongong (30 minutes). Bus stop at the top of the driveway. 1-hour drive from Sydney - we are located on the beachside of Lawrence Hargrave Drive (no busy roads to cross to get to the beach)
