The Orchards Guest Suite.

Our Guest Suite is a private annex with its own access situated in beautiful Mid Devon, were you can come and go as you please. Guests are welcome to enjoy the comforts and facilities provided within peaceful and quiet surroundings backing onto open countryside.This includes safe parking and secure bicycle storage. A continental contactless breakfast is provided too. We have recently installed a EV charger for you to use at at a small cost, relax whilst your EV is charging. This is an attached but separate dwelling on our property, providing a light,airy and natural space. Quiet and peaceful backing onto open countryside. There is a sundeck area for Guests relaxation in the summer sun. Also in the summer months guests will have the choice to be able to take breakfast in the summerhouse. There is secure area available for guests to store bicycles also. During this pandemic we will be offering a contactless service. A self check in and out! We will be available to answer any questions you may have at any reasonable hour! We are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac tucked away in the furthest corner bordering open countryside. Our property is directly adjacent to National cycle route No3. There is direct access to the cycle route via a rear gate. The cycle route includes the grand western canal which is just 10 minutes ride away. There are plenty of nice walks to be taken including some nice pubs too, most are dog friendly! We try and respect the peaceful area we live in and would ask our guests to do that also. Many thanks! We are situated 10 minutes car journey from Junction 27 on the M5, which is 20 minutes from both the centre of Exeter and Taunton. Just 10 minutes via Car or Bicycle from Tiverton parkway train station, which is 2 hours train journey from London Paddington. Our guest house is 30 minutes train journey from the Tarka trail at Barnstaple for cyclists or walkers.... you can get on the train in London with your bike and be riding the trail in 3 hours! We are situated in Mid Devon,so we have some of the most fabulous beaches and coastal walks, that can be reached by car within 30 minutes in all directions. Even Padstow in Cornwall is only an hour away! But locally we are surrounded by some of the most stunning countryside and beautiful people life can provide! Please note when two guests require both beds there is an extra charge of £30 per night! A £30 charge per night for every extra guest after 2 guests. I do feel the guest suite is suitable for 1 medium size dog or 2 quite small dogs. Please contact me before booking. We offer one parking space for our guests, there is enough parking for four cars so parking considerately would be appreciated, as three spaces are reserved for the family. Thank you in advance!
