Very romantic large open space Artist Loft, filled with light, and stunningly decorated. This charming French stone farm house dates back to medieval times and is set in the small village of Bezenac in the heart of the Aquitaine region in the fantastic Dordogne (Dept. 24). It sits on a hill overlooking the breathtaking Dordogne Valley. This historic farm house is situated in the quiet village of Bezenac, an easy 20 minute drive from the breathtakingly stunning town of Sarlat. Our small village is not usually visited by tourists so a peaceful stay is the order of the day here if you wish, yet you are within a few kilometers of dozens of must see sites, super market, shops and places to eat that will make you wish you never had to leave. The 1200 sq.ft. (120 sq. Meter) Loft has soaring beamed ceilings, and is an open floor plan. It sleeps two with a queen size bed. It is the entire upper floor of the stone farmhouse, and is completely separate from the lower floor. The entrance is on the backside of the house. There is parking for one car and there is an outside terrace with a stunning view of the valley. There is also an outside umbrella covered table and chairs for outdoor dining. PLEASE NOTE: There is a large screen TV, but just streaming channels, Netflix, Prime Video, etc., but there is no tv channels. Washer and dryer located in a separate laundry room. As much or as little as they want. It is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet, yet near amenities and popular tourist sites. You will need a car. No smoking anywhere on or in the property. No tv channels, just streaming channels.
