The "Filitsa" house is located in the village of Mouresi, above the quiet beach of Papa Nero. Mouresi is the main village of the homonymous Municipality, which includes the seaside resorts of Agios Ioannis and Damoucharis with the most famous beaches, Papa Nero, Fakistra and Mylopotamos. The village is built on the eastern side of Pelion and is washed by the Aegean Sea. Filitsa House is a 5-minute drive from Papa Nero Beach. Finally, it is also offered for winter lovers. The house "Filitsa" is a newly renovated detached house of 60sqm. It has a single living room with fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator, filter coffee machine and utensils that will be useful during your stay. In the same room outside the dining room there is a double sofa bed and an armchair bed where 2-3 people (mostly children) can sleep. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom has a shower. The space is air conditioned although the house is distinguished by its coolness. It has a front yard and back protected by traditional railings where your children can play safely. The same goes for those who want to have their pet free especially in the front yard.The house does not have internet. The house is accessible from a traditional cobbled road just 20m away from the point where your car is left. The neighborhood is quiet and is suitable for a quiet holiday for those who are in absolute need to enjoy the green landscape and the sounds of nature.
