Comfy double bedroom with private en suite
Bright double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. My house is in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Please feel welcome to use kitchen, sitting room and outdoor decking area. Dalgety Bay has easy access by car, bus or train to Edinburgh (25 minutes). Ideally situated for St. Andrews, Carnoustie and Fife Coastal routes. Please feel free to use the sitting room but if you just want privacy this room is ideal as it is quite separate from the other living areas. Please feel free to use all facilities on the ground floor. This includes the sitting room, kitchen and utility area. In addition you are more than welcome to use the decking area to relax. If you want to wash any clothes, please use the washing machine and there is a drying area in the garden. I like to meet my guests but equally will respect your right to privacy. My home is a short walk to the sea. Dalgety Bay has many lovely walks to explore in addition to being part of the Fife Coastal Path walk. It also has an active sailing club. Aberdour is a neighbouring village and is home to two beautiful beaches, a harbour, castle, golf course and a choice of traditional pubs and shops. If you want a bit of history, I would recommend visiting Dunfermline, the ancient capital of Scotland. It has a wide number of historical venues such as the royal palace, a 12th century abbey (which is the final resting place of Robert the Bruce) and the burial site of 11 other Scottish kings and queens. Rail link and bus stop only a short walk. Please contact me at any time if you need to ask any questions before or during your visit to my home.
