This is a haven in the heart of Orewa! Make yourself at home in this luxurious and private upstairs apartment. Only 50 metres from the beach! Featuring a romantic and spacious master bedroom with king bed, elegant en-suite and comfy lounge. A second bathroom and two other bedrooms ensure plenty of room! Perfect for couples, small families or a girls weekend away to the beach. The space includes a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and coffee making facilities. You will have the whole upstairs area (as pictured in the floor plan) and private access to this space. It is very quite and a fantastic space to relax. The house is basically split into two apartments - upstairs and downstairs. Two others live in the downstairs apartment of the house, you likely will not even see them. The spaces are very private with separate entries. There are three bedrooms in our holiday home, sleeping up to 6 people. King bed in master, queen bed in bedroom two and two single beds in bedroom three. You really are spoilt for choice with many bars, restaurants and cafes all within walking distance from this beautiful beach house. There is plenty of on-site parking available. Orewa town centre is only a 10 minute walk away which includes a supermarket, bottle shop and cafes/restaurants. A Dairy/ Convenience store is across the road - only a 50 metre walk and has all the essentials. Other extras include: a desk workspace, heater, hair dryer, drawers/dressers, Iron, High Speed Wifi. We will be available phone if you need us. Orewa is a fantastic place for families, friends and a weekend away. There are so many great activities, places to eat at, get a coffee and go on an adventure. Plenty of on-site parking available. Orewa town centre is only a 10 minute walk away which includes a supermarket, bottle shop and cafes/restaurants. A Dairy is across the road - only a three minute walk.
