Relax in this 2 BR / 2BA private apartment that offers a large wrap around deck located within walking distance to Bolton Valley Resort. Within minutes you have access to mtn. biking, hiking, alpine, nordic, and backcountry skiing. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom, second bedroom with 2 twin beds, private deck, 50" TV, workstation W/ high speed Wifi, along with all the amenities needed to enjoy a fun mountain getaway! This apartment is filled with natural light and will give you a feeling of warmth and comfort. The fully loaded kitchen with black granite counter tops, espresso machine, and a 5 burner propane stove are just a couple examples of the amenities needed to extend your stay. When it's nice outside you can relax on the oversize wrap around deck to enjoy a beautiful sunset. The main deck features Adirondack chairs, a custom swinging ski lift, grill, and picnic table to take full advantage of this mountain getaway. We even have a second deck that opens up on the third story from the master bedroom where you can enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the trees and mountains before heading to bed. If you love the outdoors you couldn't ask for a better location. With an amazing network of trails, rivers, and lakes you can take full advantage of all the seasons in Vermont. Spend your days skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mt. biking, cycling, trail running, paddling, lazy river tubing, golfing, or hang out at some local swimming holes, breweries, distilleries, and a great selection of local restaurants. You can find a list of recommendations in the apartment, but I would be more than happy to provide additional options. We stock up on some of the essentials to get your day going. Check out what is always in stock for our guests: Kitchen Supplies: Coffee and espresso machines, pots & pans, cutting boards, blender, hot water kettle, mixing bowls, Tupperware, waffle maker, measure cups, and all necessary utensils. Kitchen essentials: Coffee, espresso, tea, hot chocolate, sugar & sweeteners, creamer, vegetable oil, pancake mix, and salt & pepper. You will also be welcomed with local VT maple syrup, butter, eggs, and milk so you can start your day with some homemade waffles! Bathroom: Hair dryer, Q-Tips, cotton balls, floss, towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Living Room: 50 inch TV & plenty of board games to keep you entertained. We also provide access to Netflix and Disney plus. Work Station: 27” monitor with HDMI hook up. Fast wifi with download speeds of 56 MBPS & upload speeds of 24 MBPS. This is plenty to support streaming & remote work. Laundry Room: The laundry room is available, but is shared with the downstairs airBnB unit. We provide laundry detergent & dryer sheets. The mountain is made up of 5 lifts, 71 trails, and 300 skiable acres with 1,704 feet of vertical drop in the winter and lift service mountain biking in the summer months. You will be in walking distance to a couple restaurants and a deli located at the base lodge of Bolton Valley, but for the most part all major amenities including the grocery store can be found in two neighboring towns including Richmond & Waterbury. Both of these towns are located 15 minutes away and are the quintessential representation of Vermont towns. This apartment is located within walking distance of the base lodge of Bolton Valley Ski Resort. To get to the apartment you will need to drive up a 3.5 mile steep, but very well maintained access road. The road is paved, but we highly recommend that you have snow tires during the winter months. This rental comes with 2 dedicated parking spot, but additional parking is available at the resort which is about a 5 minute walk away. This apartment is part of 3 other units in the building and is above another rental that can be found under my profile on AirBnB. Please be aware of current COVID protocols by visiting the VT Dept. of Health website. Some protocols may directly affect the day to day operations at Bolton Valley resort.
