The spacious accommodation includes a large drawing room enjoying glorious views and benefiting from an open fire, a dining room capable of seating 16 & a billiard room complete with snooker table and log burner. There are a total of eight bedrooms sleeping 16 in superking zip ‘n link beds as standard plus plenty of bathrooms to ensure a comfortable stay for all the family or group! Bedrooms 1 & 2: The main bedroom has a large ensuite with roll top bath plus separate shower and is connected to another bedroom which is handy if visiting with a young family. Bedrooms 3 & 4: Two ensuite shower bedrooms. Bedrooms 5 & 6: Two individual bedrooms served by a family bathroom incorporating a separate bath and shower. Bedrooms 7 & 8: On the ground floor the cosy sitting room and the playroom are both readily available to use as bedrooms with twin or king bed set-up. Both are served by the ground floor shower room. There is plenty of private off road parking and is accessed by its own front door. Formal gardens available for your sole use are accompanied by a variety of private woodland and parkland walks which lead to public rights of way and the picturesque riverside town of Upton-upon-Severn. We want you to enjoy the privacy Hill House at The Eades offers you but should you need or want us, you will be able to contact us immediately. The housekeeper also lives on the estate and is on hand if you have any issues with linens or towels. The charming river side town of Upton-upon-Severn boasts an eclectic mix of coffee shops, tea rooms, gift and antique stores. There is a wide range of bars and pubs plus casual and formal dining options in the immediate vicinity. The Malverns and The Cotswolds are close by plus a wide range of shopping and culture in the centres of Cheltenham and the cathedral City of Worcester. There is plenty of private off street parking and the M5/M50 are a short distance away ensuring we are quick and easy to get to. Trains run directly from London Paddington to Pershore meandering along the Cotswolds and Malverns line whilst we are conveniently located near the centres of Malvern, Worcester, Gloucester and Cheltenham. With origins dating back to Georgian times, the property has enjoyed an illustrious history, originally forming part of the extensive Ham Court Estate and more recently as home to Fred & Mercy Rimell of race horse training fame.
