The electricity is included (10 kwh / day) . If your electricity consumption is higher, it will be charged 0.16 euros per kwh. For the wood, you'll have a trunk full of logs. If your consumption is higher, it will be 50euros per cubic meter The cottage is located near the church and you have a paking place juste in front of the house.
