It has private entrance and its large terrace enjoys great sea-views, offering plenty of space for sunbathing, dining, and for children playing; romantic Bigova sunsets are best enjoyed from this terrace. The internal space is large and fully equipped. It comprises a large, open plan kitchen-diner with access to a small back patio, as well as the very large front terrace. The kitchen - diner includes a dining table and chairs and a three-seater sofa too. Both double bedrooms have access to the sea-facing front terrace (furnished with sunbeds, parasol, table and chairs). Bedroom 1 includes: a king size bed, wardrobe and 2 beside cabinets. Bedroom 2 includes u double and a single bed, a large chest of drawers, TV and an armchair. The beds can be converted into a three-seater sofa and an armchair; there is an additional armchair here too. The bathroom is in the hallway and includes a shower cabin, WC, and sink. The apartment is comfortable and well maintained, with two A/C so it is kept cool throughout summer months. Satellite TV and WiFi are included i n the price. Guests can access every part of the property and all public areas of the village. The nearest beach and bar/restaurant are only 20m away, the nearest shop 50m away. Acces to Bigova village: the apartment is 20min drive away from Tivat airport, and the same distance from the fascinating, historic Old Town Kotor. Bigova is a quiet fishing village in winter, but in summer it becomes a cosmopolitan resort for those in the know. Slightly off the beaten track, it's a jewel known to those who seek to escape from frantic city life. You'll have an impression that time has slowed down in this beautiful village where the days are relaxed and you can really see the starts at night. However Bigova is very near historic towns of Kotor and Cetinje; as well as night life places like Budva and Tivat. Long, sandy beaches of Budva Riviera are about 20min drive away. Bigova is friendly, green and tranquil. Its worth noting that local fishermen sell their catch on the pier most mornings, so you can buy fresh wild fish daily if you enjoy cooking. Some fishermen are happy to take you on boat trips to explore pristine nearby coves, inlets and wild beaches. If you don't like driving, a local bus will take you to Kotor, Tivat etc. Taxis are reasonably priced. We can organise your airport taxi transfers too and do some food shopping for you prior to your arrival, for a fee. Street parking is free in Bigova, and we have parking spaces behind the building, for our guests use. If you're interested in guided tours or adventure days outs, let us know. Local laws: it is a legal requirement in Montenegro for all guests to be registered within the first 24hours, and also to pay tourist ‘stay tax’. The tax payable by guests is 1 euro per person per day, for people over 18 years of age. It is 50 cents for young people between the ages of 12 – 18. Children under the age of 12 do not pay. We deal with this procedure for our guests, so they don't have to waste time waiting at the Tourist office..
