The loft has an underfloor heating system and wood burning stove. Firewood and kindling is provided. The basics to get you started on arrival will be provided. Fully equipped kitchen including : dishwasher, extraction fan, gas hob with 4 rings, electric oven, microwave and Nespresso. A spacious bar with 4 comfortable stools create the transition to the living area. Quality furnishings offer a high level of comfort. Spacious leather sofa with adjustable headrests, second convertible sofa providing a quality mattress transforms to a comfortable double bed. Positioned around a practical coffee table with a direct view either towards the exterior, towards the television (discreetly contained in the bookcase) or towards the wood burning stove with apparent flame. Comfortable soft furnishings and lighting complete the comfort of the living area. A selection of varied literature in both French and English and basic stationary is at your disposition. The bathroom provides a long bench containing 2 wash hand basins and ample space for your belongings. High destiny towels are provided for you to enjoy to comfort of the large shower. For the winter months, in complement to the underfloor heating, you can use the heated towel rail. The washing machine also has a tumble dryer function so you can deal with laundry efficiently. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board is provided. The sleeping area is cleverly partitioned from the living area with partial openwork shelving. The bed itself has a high quality 140cm mattress with comfortable bedding. Tactile lighting is positioned both under the and on each side of the bed as well as the dressing table area. A bedside table and drawer is integrated to each side of the bed. Ample drawer space is contained in the furnishings and is complemented with the wardrobe in which you will find 4 robes for spa use and supplementary hangars. The outdoor area dedicated to the loft allows you to enjoy the splendid environment and amazing views, while you enjoy the private spa and outside dining. 2 outdoor parking spaces are available for loft users.
