Summer dream house

SUMMER DREAM HOUSE it’s a detached house TOTALLY INDEPENDENT and PRIVATE located in Ventalló, a charming and quiet town about 5 km from L’Escala, Costa Brava. The house offers various amenities to relax, with a private swimming pool to enjoy the environment. The house is for rent all itself, meaning it’s private, IT’S NOT SHARED. In the winter, the house has two butane stoves (heater) and we leave one extra butane in case of needing a change, it also has a chimney/fireplace. The house has two floors and a garden that follows around the house. On the main floor, we have the entrance, the living room where the chimney is located, a sofa-bed, an open concept kitchen with dining area, a suite with complete bathroom with bath and a crib/cot for a baby, another room with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The second floor has an independent entrance by stairs, which we open if more than 5 guests are staying, in which we find a double bed, a smaller space with a double sofa-bed and a complete bathroom with a bath. It also has a front and side garden, apart from the back garden where the private pool is located. The outdoors area has also a bbq and dining space, a porch with a table and two chairs, it has a garage and a space where you can leave your car inside the property if needed. There is no problem parking in the area it’s easy to park in front of the house. In winter, we leave two butane stoves, and leave one extra butane. If you are in need of changing the butane a second time it’s on the guest. You can go to the nearest gas station, bring the empty one and pay the butane. The detached house, SUMMER DREAM HOUSE, is rented fully, including the house and the garden. The house is located in a residential area called Mas Gros de Ventalló, a very quiet zone with a children’s playground, some groceries shops, a bus stop, and it’s 5 minutes away by car from the beach. You do NEED A CAR to move around easily. Near the house there’s a line bus, you can drive around safely or go on walks since there’s not much traffic and the area is surrounded by nature. You do need a car to move around easily. The area is matchless and offers the advantages of the coast and the mountain at the same time. You can practice different sports like kayaking, hiking, horse riding or bike riding, diving, sailing, kate-surf....
