The lounge area has a sofa and a TV as well as a desk area. The kitchen has a cooktop and oven. Alongside the kitchen is a dining area with bar stools. Tea, coffee and condiments provided. There are a few cafes close by as well as supermarkets and other various shops and stores. Your unit is completely self contained with bathroom, kitchen and courtyard. In addition there is a shared clothesline. I live close by so I will greet you when I can but there is also a key safe for guests arriving at unusually hours. Minutes away from the city and the airport via Link. Close to transport, shops, hospitals and a short drive to Brisbane. A few cafes are within walking distance. There are some suggestions in guest information. A huge variety of shops and stores are very close. The property is very close to the tunnel system. So, driving to the airport, the city, or other parts of Brisbane can be down with ease. There is one queen size bed. Please specify whether your booking is for one or two people. This property is only available for longer term bookings of one month or longer. Sundry items such as tea, coffee, soap etc are only supplied in small quantities to help you settle in. Please note that there is currently some noise during the day due to a building project located nearby. The builders finish by 4pm each day. The project should finish by the end of January 2022.
