Callaway House has been newly built as a private self contained guest stay by its owners Lisa & Liam Callaway, it adjoins the properties existing main house and is set in a semi rural environment in the beautiful Perth Hills. The house features its own private balcony and an industrial styled kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable bedroom. Wifi & Netflix available. This Guesthouse is perfect for Families with young children and also Business professionals visiting Perth. 45min to CBD. We are located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. This is not a party house. The Entire Guest House and Balcony. Gardens are shared. Owners are living on the property in the main house and are available during working hours If you are quiet enough chances are that you will see a few Kangaroos over the back fence. Best to have a car available to you - plenty of parking space. There are a host of forest walking trails. Please note that (Hidden by Airbnb) maps is currently directing wrong. Make sure to follow Hollett Rd into Protea court. Do not enter through Old Farm Lane / Green Valley Court side.
