The Moorings is a stylish first floor apartment on Milford Marina with stunning views over The Marina to The Haven Waterway. An open plan living area makes the most of the south facing aspect. The refurbished bathroom features a walk in drench shower and there are two double bedrooms the main having a new superking Hypnos bed. Centrally located in the Pembrokeshire National Park The Moorings is within easy reach of glorious coastline, hidden coves and large uncrowded sandy beaches. The Moorings is located on the vibrant marina waterfront with a range of restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries and boutique outlets on your doorstep. The apartment is above a Coffee Lounge which occasionally has live, generally acoustic, music at the weekends in the summer months licensed to finish at 9pm. Also as it is a waterfront location, with cafes & restaurants, a busy marina and fish docks there will be some day to day bustle from the shops and eateries, visitors enjoying themselves and berth holders sailing in and out. We have always found watching these activities from the 1st floor Juliet balcony very immersive and interesting and generate the atmosphere of Marina living. Access to The Moorings is from the rear of the building via a door with a keypad into a communal area. The apartment is on the first floor up about 20 stairs (no lift). There is a key safe outside the apartment. Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves and a dedicated parking space (pass in the apartment). Further free parking is available very close by. The Moorings is the perfect central base from which to explore the wonderful Pembrokeshire coastline, whether going west to Dale, Skomer Island and St. Davids or South to Pembroke castle, Freshwater East, Stackpole and the Bosherton Lilly ponds. There is a large Tesco & Boots just a 10 minute walk away as is Milford Haven train station. It is definitely worth booking eateries in advance particularly during the summer months and in the winter months checking opening hours. The apartment is on the first floor and there is no lift.
