Live a beach lifestyle, from the furniture, the weather, so close to Malabar beach and great cafes and shops, we love our uniquely designed home, and it has many stunning features, many places to enjoy, a fireplace, 2x large screen TV's, comfy lounges and beds. Stunning and large chef’s kitchen. plenty of space and airy bi fold doors to enjoy the sun and fresh air. Very clean and tidy. We have a country property that we go to so the space is free for you to enjoy. The master bedroom is so huge it is the size of a large hotel room in itself. We are sure you’ll fall in love with the area and want to come back time and time again! You will have access to the whole floor and garden and everything in it is for your enjoyment! We have professional working housemates on the top floor but they have their own entrance and living areas and do not use your area of the house. They are away most weekends also! It is a private and quiet space for you to enjoy. It's a quiet beach side neighborhood. Malabar beach is stunning with plenty to do. Close to shops and restaurants. Major shopping center a 5 minute drive away. Plenty of street parking as well as a parking spot internally. We will be there to greet you on arrival or we will arrange a key for you, then we will leave you to enjoy the property until our return on checkout. We are available by phone or online throughout your stay. You should have everything you need and more for an enjoyable time as it is our much loved home! Malabar has a sleepy village, south coast atmosphere but is located only 12 minutes from bustling Bondi Junction and 5 minutes from 5 major shopping centres. The bus stops right near our house and takes 25 minutes to the city centre direct. Beach and cafes and shops are a few minutes down the road. People are relaxed and friendly! Great coffee and plenty of beautiful walks and beaches nearby. Surf beach 1 km away. Bus right outside the door, straight to the Sydney sites. Harbour bridge and opera house a short trip away. It couldn’t be more convenient. Short walk to local village and great food, bakery, cafes, pharmacy, hair salon, Pilates studio and local store. Plenty of street parking! Private parking spot included as well. There are so many extra features to this home, you’ll need to come and discover them! We entertain often and guests always comment that our home has so many different areas to enjoy and they are all private and different. They want to stay all day!!!
