Centrally but quiet apartment located in Ratingen. Public transport that brings you direct to Düsseldorf within walking distance of the location. It takes 20 Minutes by car to downtown or fair area in Düsseldorf. The apartment is located in the city centre of Ratingen, a suburb of Duesseldorf. There are excellent connections to Messe Düsseldorf, the Esprit Arena and the city centre of Duesseldorf when using the motorway or public transport. The apartment is decorated in 2011 and located in the first floor. It consists of a bedroom with a small kitchen and a bathroom. The entrance is separated, so you won’t disturb anybody. There are numerous restaurants and bars in the city centre area of Ratingen which you can reach in walking distance. As the apartment is located at the garden therefore it is very quiet. It takes only approx. 16 minutes with the train from Ratingen to Düsseldorf central station. The station in Ratingen is in a distance of 900m. The apartment consists of a combined living/ bed room with a small kitchen. Inside is an king size bed with a width of 160 cm, so it's fine up to two persons. The kitchen is equipped with an dish washer, a fridge, coffe machine and an small electrical stove. Of course there is a brand new flat screen with cable tv and wireless lan in the apartment (internet access, DSL 50). The bathroom as well as the other room is brand new and having a shower.
