Sunrise Beach House

I look forward to inviting guests to enjoy and explore the beautiful surrounds of Seaford Beach. A getaway beach holiday overlooking Kananook Creek and across the road from the pristine Seaford Beach. Wake up to a sunrise view from your bed. In summer enjoy a day at the beach or in winter enjoy snuggling up front of the cosy open fire. Explore the walking tracks, wetlands, bird life, cafes, restaurants or take a drive to the Mornington Penninsula to world renown wineries and ocean beaches. Well appointed studio space with plenty of room to enjoy lounging around, enjoying the view. Kitchenette, dining table, leather sofa and queen bed offer all that you need. A luxurious bathroom and dressing room offer additional space for luggage. Enjoy the court yard and outdoor hot/cold shower after a swim at the beach. The studio space is all yours with your own parking, entrance and courtyard. This space adjoins the main house so I am usually available to assist you with what you may need. Your privacy is imperative although I am available for any assistance you need, even if it is just to say hi! Grab a coffee at the numerous cafes and take a walk along Seaford Pier, if you are lucky you may see dolphins! Watch the bird life from the studio, graceful pelicans flying and families of ducks swimming down the creek. Buy a homemade ice-cream and enjoy the walk along the beach. There are many eateries/cafes/bistros to choose from for breakfast lunch or dinner, all within walking distance. Seaford railway station is a 5 minute walk and the Airport bus runs by. We are at the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula for a short drive to wineries, surf beaches, bay beaches and gorgeous coastal towns. The studio shares an adjoining wall with the main house and overlooks the main house balcony.
