Appartamento Rosa is set in the Centro Storico area of Lerici in beautiful Piazza Mottino just a stones throw from Piazza Garibaldi and the beautiful Gulf of La Spezia. This one bedroom apartment has been beautifully renovated with new furnishings through out. It is close to bars, restaurants and cafes and the ferry to the beautiful Cinque Terre, Portovenere, La Spezia and Tellaro. Unlimited WIFI access is available to our guests at no charge. Set in the centro storico area of Lerici this one bedroom apartment has been beautifully restored with new modern fittings but keeping historic aspects of the building including the exposed ceiling beams. This is a compact 2 level apartment in keeping with a typical Ligurian style, with a spacious bedroom with en-suite. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and dining table that you can sit and write at whilst taking in the goings on below in the piazza. Guests can access all spaces of the apartment Available 24hours a day via phone, message, email. I live in Lerici and am available when ever needed. Piazza Mottino is in the centro storico area of Lerici. Everything is easily accessible on foot whether it be beaches, castle, buses, ferries to the 5 Terre . There are many restaurants and bars a stones throw away, being in the old town walls you will love being in the charming historic center. Due to being in the centro storico area there is no parking available at the apartment. In summer Lerici is governed by a ZTL so has a restricted traffic zone. La Vallata parking is a large public parking area which charges €10 per day, there is a free shuttle bus that runs from the parking every 15 minutes in summer time and drops you in the main piazza, Piazza Garibaldi. There is also the possibly to park outside the ZTL area on the side of the adjacent roads if there is space available but obviously this is at your own risk. The divano letto/sofà bed would comfortably sleep one adult or 2 children.
