Perfect hideaway for a relaxing break. The Old Stables is a complete 'one-off'! Full of quirky nooks and crannies, each room is unique and perfect for couples or families that want to get away from it all. Restricted headroom in some places. GORGEOUS LARGE ENCLOSED GARDEN with plenty of seating and a dining area where you can listen to the birds and watch the butterflies!! Please note, there is a pond in the corner of the garden so small children will need to be supervised when outside. WEEKLY BOOKINGS PREFERRED DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAY PERIODS, PARTICULARLY DURING THE SUMMER. THANKS. PLEASE NOTE - THERE ARE PLACES IN THE HOUSE WITH LOW HEADROOM AND NARROW PASSAGEWAYS. WHICH ARE PROBABLY NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH RESTRICTED MOBILITY. There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 5 people (one double bedroom downstairs, one double bedroom upstairs and one single bedroom upstairs). There is a low ceilinged, narrow passageway to the upstairs single and double bedroom with the upstairs bedrooms being in the eaves. The downstairs double bedroom is next to the bathroom. Kitchen (some areas in the kitchen have low ceiling height) with fridge, full size oven, hob and dish washer. Dining room Living room Bathroom with electric shower over the bath. Utility room (accessed through a low ceilinged, narrow passageway) with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer. Private large enclosed garden with plenty of seating and a dining area. You have your own private front door and there is plenty of parking space for up to three cars. We live next door and can be available for any help or information that is needed but allow our guests complete privacy once we have welcomed you and shown you in. We are tucked away at the end of our village down a private lane. The large garden has views across the countryside towards the Snowdonia mountain range. There is a bus route that runs through the village. Families/couples preferred.
