100% Mediterranean flavour Traditional Tramuntana stone house, over 130 yrs old with a lot of character. The house was fully renovated in 2019. A cool, shady patio, a sun drenched terrace for sun bathing, and a roof top terrace for sipping wine and admiring the sunset. This place has it all. A truly Mallorca experience: fully Mediterranean views, pine aromas, good food, quiet beaches and hiking (GR221). You are at the right place in Banyalbufar My house is appreciated by especially couples and families looking to disconnect from everything. It is peaceful up there -fully pedestrian area- and at night the sky is full of stars. Tourists usually travel the Northern coast of Mallorca and stop at the Torre for the sunset views. Well, you can enjoy all that comfortably from the house roof terrace. I have small kids and you will find in the house a high chair, kitchen plates and glasses, as well as kid's cutlery, a bathroom stepping stool and a plastic pool and beach toys in the shed. There is a collection of kids books in English as well as DVDs. The full house is available. I don't live in Mallorca unfortunately. We will connect via wassap for a check-in briefing ahead of your arrival and my housekeeper is based locally and will help if you need anything. El Penyal has a lot of character. Some young professionals have moved from big cities seeking a less stressful life style. Sometimes one of the neighbors sets a projector on the street and we have movie night. There is a regular bus to Palma (1 eur) every hour or so. However, I recommend you rent a (small) car to get around. There is paying parking (except 21.00-8.00am) in the village and at least two non-paying locations. The village further West, Estellencs has a great cove with a lovely bar. Esporles is a large village 10km with a lively street market on Saturday. House occupancy is limited at 5 people (except families with small kids). You can arrange the three bedroom settings at your convenience.
