A warm Yorkshire welcome. im located 1 mile from junction 40 M1. bus stop a 3 minute walk away and the busses run every 10 minutes. located 1 and half miles from Wakefield centre and 9 miles from Leeds. cosy but comfortable and has everything you need guests can use the kitchen and the back garden should they wish to relax please note I have a shoes off policy so I'd you like something on your feet please bring your slippers. there is a bus stop 2 minutes from my house and the buses run ever ten minutes.
