French double doors lead from the renovated laundry (and bathroom) onto a stunning back veranda/entertaining area, complete with ceiling fan. Your stay at Sellwood Cottage will not disappoint. My vision is now complete. Sellwood Cottage is a beautiful space that combines the yesteryears and the new. The front of the house has the yesteryear look/feel, while the back has been thoughtfully renovated to blend old with new. It includes a new kitchen, laundry, bathroom back veranda and deck. At the West end of the street you will find a bike track, left is the main shopping center, only 3-5 minutes away. Turn right to Cussen Park, a bushland style park encompassing 33 ha of wetlands, woodlands and open space. The Hill Top Golf and Country Club is a easy 3-5 minutes drive away. Tatura is perfectly located for exploring. East only 15 minutes away you will find Shepparton, where you will find Kids Town and a great art museum. North West about 50 minutes is Echuca. Turn back the clock to yesteryear spending time wondering the historic wharf on the Murray River, or take a ride on an authentic paddle steamer. South about 30 minutes away is Nagambie, where you can discover Noorilim an historic mansion, botanical gardens and vineyard built in 1879, view Black Caviar's statue located in the main Street, or visit Tahbilk or Mitchelton wineries. The choices are endless. I share a driveway please do not park in it.
