Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home with plenty of space. Retire to the master suit with a jetted tub for two from a hard day of eating BBQ. Send the kids to the game rm with Foosball, Air hockey, gaming table and 65” flat screen. Large kitchen and comfortable living rm with new reclining sofas. A rear deck, grill, fenced yard and the spacious interior, there is plenty of space for your crew. Some pets may be allowed—must be approved first. Come visit us and enjoy your stay in KC! Our home is a California split level with four levels, giving your group plenty of space to spread out! Fans are located in most of the rooms for your comfort. On the entry level (or 2nd level with garage access) you’ll find the great room with high ceilings, sofa and loveseat (both reclining), chaise lounge, and large flat screen TV. Up the short flight of stairs to the 3rd level, you’ll find a dinning space with table and chairs, a well-equipped kitchen, and access to the deck. The deck holds a large table and eight chairs with a grill located at the base of the stairs. The back yard is fully fenced, quiet, and huge for your group to enjoy! On this 3rd level down the hall from the dinning space, is a full bath with a sky light, and 2 bedrooms (each with 2 adult twin beds). The 4th level has the gorgeous, private master suite with a king bed, large bathroom with two sinks, jetted tub, shower, and walk-in closet. The bottom level (or 1st level) has large windows and offers a game room complete with Foosball table, Air Hockey table, game table, reclining sofa, and large flat-screened TV. The game room also has access to the fenced-in yard. Down the hall is a half-bath and a queen-sized bedroom. I hope this was not confusing. Please contact us with any questions. Whole house rental, 2 car garage, and driveway parking Typically we have our guest self check-in unless a guest request we be there for a walk through of our home. There is a push button lock on the front door. For longer stays, we do departure walk-throughs to address any possible issues prior to the guest departure. It has sidewalks and great access to the Rock Island trail system right down the street at 700 SW Pryor Rd. You could literally walk, run, or bike all the way to Arrow Head Stadium! Lee’s Summit was recognized Nationally as a bike-friendly community with attention to safety and lots of green space. The parks and recreation community is extensive with public access & bike lanes to Long View Lake (about 5 minutes away by car at (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Raytown Rd); Lake Jacamo, and Blue Springs Lakes are also great for kayaking, boating, skying, and swimming. The Long View Lake parks and Rec. hosts an incredible Christmas light show from Thanksgiving —New Years, should you be visiting. It is very popular in the KC area and worth your time! In regards to shopping, the home is a 3 minute ride to Hyvee grocery store and several eateries. The town square, off Second & Third streets (4 mins. away) is nationally recognized and offers an array of restaurants, shops, unique pubs and breweries— a must visit! Two malls, Summit Woods Crossing and Summit Fair (840 NW Blue Pkwy, 7 min away) have a great variety of stores for your shopping pleasure.
