No parties-No events-No weddings-No wedding parties-Only holidays From 1 May to 31 October is not permitted to light a fire (Greek law) "Steliana's" cottage is located at the town of Spata in Athens-Attica, 19km/12miles from the center of Athens, 5km/3miles from Athens International Airport of Greece ATH-El.Venizelos and 10km/6miles from the nearest beach of Artemida. Our cottage is located near the most popular shopping centres of Athens, near the Athens Zoo and Aquapolis water park and only a very short drive from beautiful beaches. Our location is ideal for holiday all year round. *NEW AQUAPOLIS water fun park, only 10 minutes from our cottage! Time to splash and enjoy!* THE COTTAGE: You can stay at our fully autonomous two-level apartment that is part of our cottage, and can host up to 6 people. You will be our only guests. You can use both levels. The apartment has two autonomous entrances with security alarms. The two levels communicate via an interior staircase. The upper level has one bedroom with a romantic double bed with a beautiful view to our gardens, one closet room, one bathroom with a shower cabin, toilet, bidet, fresh clean towels, hair dryer. One living room, free internet Wi-Fi. Adjoined to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, cooking oven, coffee machine, water boiler, dinnerware set etc. The lower level has one bedroom with a double bed, one closet room with a small safe, an ironing board and a steam iron, one bathroom with a shower cabin, toilet, bidet, fresh clean towels, one large living room (with a pull out couch that turns into a double bed that can sleep two guests), TV with a DVD player, free internet Wi-Fi. Adjoined to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dinnerware set and a dining room with a big table for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you have a baby or a little child, we can provide you with a baby cot and a baby chair. At the lower level there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a drying stand. Outside, at our large green garden, we have a private large swimming pool that you can enjoy during the hot days, hammocks, a variety of garden furniture you can relax on. From an independent entrance there is plenty of space to park your car (secure parking) for free. The cottage is in the countryside and is very sunny all day long. During the winter there is a central heating that keeps the temperature approximately at 21°C/69,8F. If the temperature is more than 21°C/69,8F the heaters will be cold (they will automatically turn off). Summer in Greece can be warm and that's why we have ceiling fans at every room. For ecological reasons we don't have air conditions. Our cottage is ideal for families with kids, companies and couples for a short or a long visit in Athens and surroundings that will leave great memories. SHOPPING AND SERVICES IN OUR LOCATION: Within a 5 minute drive from our cottage, you will find a large variety of Supermarkets, shops, gas stations, bakeries, pharmacies and playgrounds. Within 10-15 walking distance you can find a fruit market, a bakery, supermarkets, tasty street food. We are ideally located for those who wish to visit the world famous McArthurGlen Athens outdoor shopping mall with restaurants, bar, supermarket, bakery, playgrounds, shops and the Smart Park shopping mall and also the Attica Zoo of Athens (all about 15 minutes walking distance) Within 5 minutes drive there is also Blanos Sports Park with bowling, ice skating, billiards,tennis court and playgrounds and also the Play Paintball Arena Spata! Within 8 minute drive there is Athens Metropolitan Expo of International airport of Athens Within 20 minute drive from the cottage, there is Artemida beach, one of the most famous in Attica, for surf, windsurfing and kite surfing. Within 30 minute drive, there is also the Sanctuary of Artemis, one of the most important religious complexes of antiquity. TRANSPORTATION: For 1-4 guests, we can provide for FREE, to and from the Metro station Peania-Kantza, to and from the Attica Zoo, the McArthurGlen and Smart Park shopping malls. Upon agreement we can provide daily transportation to the beaches of Artemida (With charge). For any transportation : Only upon daily agreement and daily programming (We daily program together the time to bring you and the time to pick you back). DIRECTLY to Syntagma or Monastiraki, it takes 25-28 minutes ) The ticket costs 1,40 euro for adults, 0,60 for kids. Buses pass near the cottage BREAKFAST: Upon agreement (breakfast is not incuded in the rental price) , we can offer you daily breakfast and it consists of products we produce ourselves, 100% BIO and organically grown, such as fresh eggs from our chicken, marmalade, honey, fresh bread, tyropita, bougatsa with fresh cream, and much more, everything made from us. It costs 10 euro / person, minimum order for 2 persons. LUNCH AND DINNER: Upon agreement, we can provide a week of Mediterranean diet based on Ultra-Premium olive oil "Stefanos" of our own produce. We can also provide daily a variety of the best traditional Greek recipes, prepared according to your requests. Thus, you will not need to worry about cooking during your holiday! The two level apartment is completely autonomous and the swimming pool and the garden are private, to be used by the guests. The garden and the swimming pool are not shared with other guests. Free Parking. Steliana's cottage accommodates one booking at a time, so your holiday is guaranteed to be extremely private. You can use everything as described, in the house, in the garden and the pool.
