Large New England style home shipped from Canada and constructed in 1937, styled with Hamptons furnishings. 7 bedrooms (5 King beds, 1 Queen bed and 2 Single Beds). Two king beds can be converted to 4 single beds increasing total beds to 10. 6 bathrooms 2 kitchens. 4 separate living areas. Suits extended families or large groups. Three patios. Tranquil, landscaped gardens with outdoor seating and BBQ area. Owners reside in separate quarters on site. Self Catered - BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED. The lodge is divided into 2 separate sections that can be interconnected. The main house has 4 guest rooms (each with ensuite), lounge, sunroom/ dining room and sun deck. The apartment wing has 2 self contained apartments with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and 2 kitchens. When booking the entire property guests may utilise ALL spaces however the main house living areas may be accessed by hosts for security and to access storage areas not accessible to guests. Hosts will not utilise any living spaces in the main house while guests are present. Hosts will not access the apartment wing or guest rooms during your stay. Hosts have 2 very friendly small dogs that do not have access to main gardens accessible to guests, guest living spaces or bedrooms. Dogs live in host quarters and a separate, fully fenced yard.
