Family House with Private Pool

The house offers a spacious space with wooden furniture. It's a perfect getaway for couple, a whole family with baby & kids, and friends. Our fully private swimming pool guarantees you a pleasant stay as well. It's the perfect place to wake up and relax by drinking your coffee or tea. For family with baby, baby chair & baby bather are available to make your stay more comfortable. The house provides you with lots of space and your own very private swimming pool. Kindly reminder that all service are based on availability. Everything in our house are set up for guests, so the guests have access on all rooms. Feel free to make coffee, tea, snacks and famous Indonesian instant noodles that provided in our kitchen. We will send you the map/guideline on how to reach our house via email/other online chat platform once your booking is confirmed. We are very open. Feel free to ask for any assistance that can make your stay even more comfortable. Located in northwest of Yogyakarta and with close proximity (2-3 minutes) to Indogrosir supermarket, Jogja City Mall, and Monumen Jogja Kembali, it is ideal to travel over Yogyakarta. If you love shopping, the famous Malioboro Street can be reach in 15-20 minutes (depends on traffic). You also can visit the Borobudur Temple and adore its beautiful sunrise by 55 minutes road trip or be enchanted by the sunset of Prambanan and Ratu Boko Temple in 40-45 minutes. The famous local restaurant nearby (2 minutes walking distance) is "Warung Sate Kambing Pak Tris". Fast-food chain restaurant (McDonald's) is 13 minutes by walk or 1 minute by car. While other famous restaurants, such as "Jejamuran, Nasi Uduk Palagan, and Gudeg Yu Djum (Sangaji branch)" can be reach in 8-13 minutes by car. Our rate in airbnb is maximum for 7 adults. Please be honest about the total pax :) FYI we are going to charge IDR 100,000 for additional pax per night during your check-in. Due to weather condition (especially in rainy season), the water heater could cause not enough hot water in the bathroom. Important thing to note that this is Self-Service HOUSE, please don't compared with a HOTEL 1. We only provide equipment to support your needs during your stay, like extra towel, pillow, blanket, tissue, toilet paper rolls, shampoo, shower gel, mineral water, snacks and instant noodles. However, we won't change your bedsheet and doormat if you stay less than 4 nights. We will change your bedsheet once per 4 days during your stay. 2. We have a small fish aquarium in the living room. The guests can give them food that provided beside the aquarium. 3. The house is situated between local people which means you will hear some mosque prayers around you. 4. We do not provide any electric generator that keep the electricity turn on during rainy season. 5. Indonesia is one of tropical countries. Please don’t mind with any insects (especially mosquitoes). We still make sure your stay comfortable by keep the insects away. 6. Please tell us in advance regarding any events or parties in our house. 7. Please respect our neighborhood, especially don’t be noisy after 10PM. It will be great if you provide ID Card of 1 guest & PCR / Antigen result test during your stay. Thank you for your cooperation.
