The double seating area works as either twin beds or converts into a double bed. Then another single bed is located at the opposite side of the van. There is a DAB radio with aux for your use. Wall Mounted Tablet that you can hotspot to watch Netflix/I-player. Jigsaws, scrabble, colouring books, crayons and games for rainy days. The caravan key is in a safe place, you will be informed of its whereabouts around 7pm the day before arrival. I’m around if you need me usually, but not always. I live about 30 minutes away. The view from the van is of a meadow. The site is placed beside a woodland which is perfect for walking your dog. Through the wood is a cricket and football pitch, a playground and a tennis court. Behind the tennis court is a Coop! It's a pretty, convenient little village. Cannon Hall and Cawthorne Park are nearby and very popular. Also nearby: Petrol station Pub Steak house Garden centre Cafe Bakery Nature walks Yorkshire Sculpture Park. If you fancy doing a bit of shopping the Fox Valley Retail park is 4 miles away. It has various shops and restaurants. ALDI, Home Bargains, Sandersons, Holland and Barrett, Costa, Zorro Lounge, Neomed (Mediterranean restaurant), Pontis (Italian) etc... Holmfirth (Well-known tourist town with live music, various bars, restaurants and walks) is just over the hill too, about a 20 minute drive away. It's well placed for a day out in Manchester, Sheffield or Leeds. Each City is less than an hours drive away. Park your car beside the van. Get around on foot or by car, train or bus. Guests take note - this is a vintage van, it's not a brand new, all mod cons caravan. As with all camping holidays, some effort is required to get the most out of the facilities. Eg - walking to fridge, toilets and shower etc, fill kettle with water from outside tap etc. I don’t ask for a deposit but please if you break something contribute to a replacement. Treat the place with care, it is vintage after all!
