The Oasis in Liverpool

My place is like a roof top oasis. We occupy the entire top floor of the building and are the only residential apartment here. We also have our own private pool. We have t/away food and restaurants at the door; a short walk to Westfields, Liverpool train station, Library, TAFE, UNIS, Hosp etc. The room is a large Exec-sized room with skylight windows and your own private bathroom and toilet inside of your room, and private air-conditioning, fridge, mwave Enjoy our large open undercover terrace. We are the only residential place in the entire building, Our room has a skylight-solar window, with automatic rain detector built-in. We also incorporated remote controlled skylight curtains which will guarantee a late sleep-in if you so choose; and bought a brand new queen bed, and a new medium/firm queen mattress, just to make sure you sleep well. Our new en-suite even has its own skylight as well. The room is large enough to have a personal bar fridge, microwave, and kettle. However, you are certainly welcome to join our other guests in our full functional kitchen if you feel like cooking, or relax in our super sized outdoor undercover patio. Or even head to our private Pool for a dip. We have a dartboard area too, but you will need to bring your own darts, as we have lost ours. You will have access to myself or our other long term guests, who can guide you either around the apartment or for the best places to eat and play around the area. All you have to do is ask. We have a public carpark nearby, that has free parking after 5.30 pm overnight ( i have to re-confirm this) but there is also a lot of free street parking becoming available after 5.30 pm to 9 am the next morning. Please note we do have a small step from the dining room to the kitchen, but it should be highlighted by a sensor light built into the step. just in case the batteries run out Although no one smokes in the apartment, we can provide some tolerance in our pool cabana area. Please note we have full CCTV to all common areas, and by staying with us you confirm that you are aware of these details, and allow your image to be recorded.
