Our cosy and comfy unit will make you feel right at home. We offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located on a beautiful and quiet street with an easy commute to Union Road's cafe scene, Melbourne Showgrounds (10 minute walk) and Flemington Racecourse (8 minute tram ride). Close to the tram and train station for an easy commute to the CBD. We also offer secure onsite parking and free street parking. Our unit is clean, colourful and comfortable! It offers three cosy bedrooms (two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom located in the “library” with a single bed) with separate living, dining, kitchen, bathroom/laundry and toilet areas. The place is equipped with everything you could need for a short-term stay including bedding, towels, iron and ironing board, smart TV with Netflix, free coffee and tea (Nespresso pods available at a small charge), washing machine and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, and board games. We also have a spacious courtyard with outdoor lounge and decked area for you to enjoy. You will have full and private access to the whole unit, including the outdoor courtyard. There is also one secure car park on site. I will be available by phone during your trip, and also by email before your trip if you have any questions or need some information or recommendations. Ascot Vale is inner city suburbia. Get the ease of close proximity to the city, as well as the peace and quiet of suburbia. We are within close proximity to Union Road's vibrant cafe scene, the Melbourne Showgrounds, Flemington Racecourse, Maribyrnong River walking trails and bike paths, Highpoint Shopping Centre, Puckle Street Shopping Precinct, several supermarkets and convenience stores, Ascot Vale Leisure Centre and Moonee Valley Racecourse. We are a 200 metre walk to the tram stop (30 minutes direct into the CBD) and a 10 minute walk to Ascot Vale train station (15 minutes into the CBD). We also offer a secure onsite car park, as well as free street parking. The Showgrounds are a 10-15 minute walk away or $5 Uber ride depending on demand. Flemington Racecourse is an 8 minute tram ride away. You will only need to walk 200 metres to jump on the tram and it will take you to the entrance of the Racecourse. Otherwise, you can grab an Uber for approx $8 depending on traffic. Please note that events and parties are not permitted and will result in your immediate eviction from the property without a refund and possibly a charge from the building manager for disruption to the other residents of the building. No additional guests (other than those listed in the booking) are allowed on the property without prior agreement.
