2nd room - single bed

My house is close to both the city, the sea and the countryside. It is convenient for bars and restaurants in Port Solent and Gunwharf; cinemas and theaters(Kings and Chichester). Portsmouth is the home of literary geniuses - Charles Dickens and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle- not far away is Chawton where Jane Austin wrote many novels. There are many interesting places within easy reach - Brighton,South Downs, the New Forest, the Isle of Wight and London is only one and a half hours away. I have a large double bed in one room and two single beds in the other two bedrooms. There is also another mattress (on the floor) and a sleeping bag so could accommodate 6 people . There is a private shower room. Lounge for television viewing/ Dining room for breakfast. Kitchen for preparing their own breakfast if they wish. Patio to sit/eat outside. Happy to babysit young children for a couple of hours. A quiet neighbourhood near to many restaurants and shops , the beach, country walks , historic ships and both Charles Dickens birthplace and Jane Austin's tomb! There is a bus stop at the top of the road - with buses going straight to Gunwarf shops and restaurants , Charles Dicken's birthplace, Portsmouth Historic Boats and Cosham train station with trains to Southampton and Winchester , Brighton, Chichester , Arundel and London.
