There is a swimming pools, many beautiful corners where you can make pictures of Chianti. The farm also produces and sell wine and olive oil. This estate is testimony to how loving care can combine a working farm ambience with comfortable pampered hospitality. The rooms and apartments are nicely furnished with good quality country furniture made in the owner's workshops and the wines and olive oils proudly produced on this farm can be tasted locally. Sheets and towels are provided. The Fattoria has a beautiful secluded location about 10 minutes from the hill town of Greve. This is largely a grape growing area comprised almost entirely of vineyards and olive groves - in fact the town of Impruneta hosts an important grape festival in early September. Along country roads in this area, there are many small hamlets and isolated churches to explore. Small grocery stores can be found in any of these small towns, while in Impruneta one can also find banks, a cinema, a post office, and several restaurants. The farm is about 10 minutes from the hill town of Greve and is completely immersed in the countryside. The city limits of Florence are 30 minutes from Greve and from there it is easy to park and take public transportation or drive the additional 15 minutes to the city centre or 30 minutes to the airport. The Pisa airport is a little over an hour away. The major road that leads to Siena is nearby and there is also easy access to all major highways.
