A cozy small flat, ideal to relax and spend quality time.It is a part of a traditional family house ideally located in a quiet residential area just near the main market of Korthi bay. The seafront and beach are 5 mins far by foot.The flat can be accessed through a private external entrance. The flat can normally accomodate 2 adults in the main bedroom +2 children (up to 12 yrs old) by means of bed-sofas. Two (2) adults can be accommodated, instead of children, at an extra cost, if requested. A one-of-a-kind small flat with a private yard, that oustands due to its unique design, style and furnitures. It's is fully furnished and equipped. With regards to electrical appliances the following are included: -Small kitchen - Oven. -Toast maker -Small fridge. -TV. -Large fan. -Washing machine. -Iron. -Hair dryer. -Electrical kettle. -Coffee maker. -Pocket Wi-Fi. Visitors are provided with towels, bed sheets, toilet paper as well as shampoo and dishwashing gel. Safety measures: -Fire extinguisher -Smoke detector -First aid kit Parking : There is enough space for parking across the street Guests have access at the whole property, both at the interior and the exterior, such as the yards and the terrace. The property is ideally located in a quiet residential area of Korthi bay, just near the amenities (Bars, Restaurants, Shops, Health Center) of the main market of Korthi Bay. The famous Grias Pidima Beach is also nearby. Chora ,the capital , and Gavrio ,the port, are about a 30 min car ride. Must do things : 1.Trekking,hiking or walking at our unique paths. 2.Swim at our crystal clear water beaches(Zorkos,Vitali,Sineti etc). 3.Taste our local cuisine in some of the best restaurants in Cyclades. 4. See the local history through musuems and monuments. (Goulandri museum, Faros Tourlitis, Paleopoli , The unknown sailor statue etc) 5. Visit our known water spirngs (such as Sariza, where the water flows from a sculpted stone lion's head) 6. Enjoy the view from home. Do not hestitate to ask for more information. Andros is a 2 hour trip from Rafina Port at Athens. Rafina is a 30 min car ride from the Eleftherios Venizelos airport (ATH). Korthi bay is easilly accessible either by Bus, Taxi or Car and ideally located near Andros City (Chora). The main market of Korthi bay as well as the nearby beaches are easilly accessible by foot.
