Fabulous Holiday Cottage, centrally located in Kingsbridge in the heart of the glorious South Hams. Fully equipped with brand new comfy beds for 2022, fantastic shower, smart TV, WiFi and log burner. Bed Linen and towels provided. Dog Friendly. Convenient for Salcombe, Dartmouth, beaches and Dartmoor. Pubs, Restaurants and Supermarkets within walking distance. The cottage provides the perfect base for your Devon Holiday, with lots to do locally and somewhere cosy and comfortable to relax. We live in Kingsbridge and will be easily contactable and on hand to help. I am biased as born and bred in the South Hams, but the area is of outstanding beauty. With great walks, places to eat, shopping and plenty of things to see and do. Kingsbridge is a vibrant market town with a friendly community by the sea. The closest train station is Totnes and Kingsbridge is on main bus routes to Salcombe, Dartmouth, Torbay and Plymouth. If you are members of the National Trust the cottage is surrounded by some fantastic properties such as Greenway, Saltram and Overbecks. Notable beaches are Bantham, South Milton and Slapton. We are really looking forward to welcoming our guests back to Devon Square, once we are able to. I also wanted to reassure you all that whilst my standards of cleanliness are always high I will also be taking extra care to sanitise the cottage between guests due to COVID-19, no surface will be missed! There will also be a plentiful stock of cleaning products left available for you to use if you so wish.
